1. The job search function needs to be updated with easier functionality and I often wonder if it reflects the latest needs given to AMM.Have not been assigned a recruiter, and it's been 3 weeks.It won't allow you to edit if you need to change something.

When I try to view my contract the app closes out 09/22: Over a year and a half later and it's STILL doing the same thing!In theory, it's convient, but the app is slow, crashes when you try to access some features, makes you download files before you can view them, and even then downloads corrupt files, so you can't even view them.

3. This is very frustrating when you are trying to upload documents or open up certain areas within the app I cant get any of my credentials checked off because when I click on anything it freezes up.

4. I'm suprised at the lack of quality, considering how hard they push you to get and use the app.Since my last review regarding the app freezing up and having to close down everything to restart only to have the same issue still has not been corrected.

6. There is also information that is visible on the website but does not coincide or feed into the app, despite suggestions and links causing you to believe the opposite.Usability sucks.

7. Document upload is imperfect; can't fit a normal screenshot size in the "box" and trying to expand it resulted in the box getting tinier & couldn't grab it again.

1. Fix AMN Passport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AMN Passport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AMN Passport App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AMN Passport" » Open AMN Passport: Healthcare Jobs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AMN Passport » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AMN Passport: Healthcare Jobs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AMN Passport servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AMN Passport: Healthcare Jobs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AMN Passport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AMN Passport might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AMN Passport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AMN Passport then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AMN Passport not working

2. Fix AMN Passport Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AMN Passport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AMN Passport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AMN Passport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
