My Ameelio mail app is suddenly not loading when I try to use it.

Order # psc_e635d0c72e26cfb9 please stop that post card I sent it to the wrong person and I don't want them to get the wrong one I need it sent to another person how do I stop it

So I sent two post cards I sent the last post card to the wrong jail I need to stop the post card before it gets to wrong person

I placed a postcard/letter with the Ameelio app on March 13th and it was supposed to be delivered between the 21st-23rd and it still hasn’t said it was shipped out. I was just wondering what the status was and why it was taking so long.

I would like to get the money I used to purchase token reimbursed. I am unable to get into the app and use the tokens and I have sent 2 emails asking for help.

I have sent postcards. I have one that came back some coloring pages too it said couldn't forward I would like to know why they weren't sent and if I could get reimbursed so I can send my fiance more postcards

Hi I have the app to send my husband postcards and I know with this app you're able to send one free postcard weekly I have sent him one free one and he received it but now I don't have the option of sending another free one and it's been a few weeks so I need to have that option on there so I can send him a free postcard with pictures on it thank you

Won't honor my password

Trying to log into my account to find my wife it saying invalid email or user name created

i forgot my password. went to reset it.. the link says page not found

I can’t login I tried resetting my password but when I click the link it tell me the page has been moved or it doesn’t exist.

First, when I log in the home screen that comes up gives me the option for a letter or photo card but these are not free. I had t] purchase tokens in order to send them. But the real problem is after I've created the photo card and wrote out a message it sends gives me estimated delivery dates but I can't track it I have no idea when it's delivered nothing. The 1 st one I sent finally got to him a couple days late but at least he recieved it. Now the second one I sent still hasn't gotten to him. And again I can't track it because when I go to try and track it it gives me a black screen. With the words no preview available. I'm not trying to preview it I'm trying to track it. And again I would be disappointed that he wasn't getting his mail from me in a. timely fashion if this service was actually free to me but it wasn't. I had to purchase some tokens in order to send a photo card that he didn't even receive. I just don't underst;and why this app is not user friendly at all. Or maybe the app just has issues that needs to be worked out. But either way I would like some help getting the letters/photos to my loved one and some answers as to why I can't track my stuff after it's been sent

I am having trouble with the preview of my sent letters and pictures. I dont know if my mail was sent or not. History says it was sent but it can't offer anything else. My credits were returned, yet I don't have the option of redrafting my letter. Can someone please look into this. Thank you

Hi i was wondering how the ameelio + tokens work and if it charges me for them or the prisoner if it charges the prisoner id like to be able to take over the charge and have it charged to me there is no information that i can see on who it charges or how it works please get back to me asap

Ameelio is using incorrect address and all paper mail was returned to sender (my house). Middle River Regional Jail ONLY accepts mail that is fielded through Texas where it is scanned and sent digitally to inmates. How can this be ccorrected? What about remaining funds in the account? Facebook message remains unanswered. Thank you for ant feedback

I have been using your app three weeks now and I am having a problem with where the mail is being delivered to. You see it gives you the option to select a facility but in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections all mail has to be sent to Text Behind PO box 189 Phoenix Maryland 21131 it doesn't give me the option to put my own address to send it to when using the app. So the last three letters that I sent got returned to me immediately can you help me figure out a way to get the address for all of her mail changed to the above address instead of the actual facility thank you

I have sent two different contacts letters from your app and they were sent back to me cause the correct address for the facility that they are located at has not been updated in ur system! The Henry county adult detention center needs to have a updated address please!

I have installed and uninstalled this app 4 times now and it keeps doing the same thing when I click sign up it lets me put all my info in and then when I click submit it exits out of the app and says app not responding. I've been trying to send my boyfriend pics for 3 days now and still haven't been able to and this is my only way of doing it. Can you please tell me why it's doing this when it will be fixed or give me a number to contact for customer service

I am one of the first users of the "Ameelio" service when it was started. Several times I have been contacted by the "Team" because I am one of the "top users". Now I am locked out of using the service and the four prisoners I support are deprived of their regular letters. I am very hurt and upset by this development. I have tried to contact the support email several times and not had any reply.

I contacted Iowa DOC/ ICIW. I am approved as a visitor on their end but my Ameelio app still says I am not and won't let me schedule a visit with my inmate. It's been a month.

Hello, my name is Stacey. My fiance is currently in Stanley Correctional Institution. We can no longer send mail directly to the institution we have a second party address we have to send their mail to. I have sent 3 ameelios to my Fiance and he has not received them. They were due to be delivered no later than the 22nd of December. Today is the 27th and still nothing. I am thinking it is because of the address change. I would love to continue to use this app to send my fiance mail. It is amazing and I have found many people to be using this app and have directed many to this app to keep in contact with their loved ones as well. I also like that I can spend a small amount of money and help others out to help keep them in contact with their loved ones as well. It is a great thing that you have done to help so many people out. Please continue with this, it is amazing as I will continue to let others know about you. The new address we were given for Stanley correctional Institution is...p.o. box 189 Phoenix,MD 21131. Please contact me back and let me know if you have heard anything about this as well. Others that I have spoke to have said that their loved ones they have sent ameelios to have not received theirs as well. The new address took place as of December 6th 2021.
