1. ThanksThe app was working a week ago when I got it now I'm not able to login its saying my lab results are ready but I can't view them the app isn't working anymore for login.About 2 weeks ago it was great I could log in see my appointment and m y kids appointments, but now I can't even log in it says problem communicating the server.

2. This app basically uses the same system that MyChart uses.Cannot log in what so ever iam trying to email my doctor big time glitch the app is saying there is a problem communicating with the server needs attention asap.I can't log in.

3. I try a second time and get a notification that says there's a bug in the app and to try again once the developer fixes itIt would be nice if your "technology" could keep up with the decades old tech of making phone calls for appointments.

1. Fix MyAltaMed Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyAltaMed: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyAltaMed App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyAltaMed" » Open MyAltaMed » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyAltaMed » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyAltaMed app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyAltaMed servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyAltaMed" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyAltaMed app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyAltaMed might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyAltaMed. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyAltaMed then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyAltaMed not working

2. Fix MyAltaMed Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyAltaMed be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyAltaMed not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyAltaMed may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
