1. not in camera pics... Not in photos...Nowhere... ill have to change my rating to 0 if it cant be used.Just downloaded it yesterday...but very happy with the color being true...the saved picture rotates where you have a hard time viewing it...I laid it down flat to view...the fixed saved image in the program I wanted yo share...will see how it fares overallTakes horrible pictures.

3. But there are a small handful of setbacks: 1) No zoom option 2) The user chooses a ratio aspect, but the app distorts the image about one time out of seven, so you end up with a slightly elongated, cropped result that doesn't reflect how you framed the shot while taking the picture.

1. Fix HDR Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HDR Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HDR Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HDR Camera" » Open HDR Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HDR Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HDR Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HDR Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HDR Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HDR Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HDR Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HDR Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HDR Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HDR Camera not working

2. Fix HDR Camera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HDR Camera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HDR Camera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HDR Camera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
