1. Definitely not award winning!Terrible...I entered all my info, in a club I belonged to since 2004 and they can't verify my credit card.Allstate tracks drivers for punishment but does not track rescuers aka towing services which leave you stranded.

2. What's worse is they send update messages that claim tracking updates but do not reflect actual travel, they give you a window of time, cancel/extend time and have no idea where rescuers are.

3. Tried to use it a few weeks ago and I will now be canceling my service.The roadside assistance automated message on the phone continues to recommend and encourage me to get the app, and how fast and quick I can get help with it.

4. Does nothing except tell you to go somewhere else.Terrible! Cannot find location or track open tickets.

5. I attempted to put in my location address but it kept wanting to change it from south to north and even to completely different addresses entirely.

6. Starting off with negative and not being able to access makes me seem generous rating as a three when I've accomplished nothing.

7. I followed instruction but a notice says that the site has a bug and will be contacted as soon as the developer fixes the problem.

8. Never was able to get the app working, but the tow driver was exceptionally nice.I am unable to enter site.

9. If you don't know your member number and call the 800 number, it tells you to use the app, which doesn't work.

10. But allstate can tell you when you run a stop sign to increase your premium.

1. Restart Allstate Motor Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Allstate Motor Club App. Here is how:
