1. Wrote in n was told to email the screenshot of payment and they will be able to reinstate the account, emailed them on 17/6, also to tell them I need to do a booking for 20/6.
2. Sometimes fails to locate the location and goes to somewhere location ...meaning auto mapping does not work Sometimes...Had not used for awhile n forgot to update my new debit card number and email.
3. Remember to give it permission to access location and motion sensors and leave the app running in the background throughout the whole booking to get your bonus reward points!The plans are very archaic compared to the new playes in the market.
4. Thanks Car Club for the prompt response to my review! 4 stars for the prompt response but the app still could do better in terms of looks and functionality) When I clicked on the app, it opened up and asked me to update the app.
5. So payment for previous booking didn't went through, account got suspended eventually.
6. Seems like no one is monitoring the system and they take long time to reply email.(UPDATE: Managed to get the app running finally after uninstalling, clearing cache on my handphone and reinstalling.
7. Bad experience, paid the small fee for the credit card to be added into the app and topped up my balance to book the car.
8. Have problem with my payment which is paid fully but account still suspended stating "your account is suspended, please make payment".
9. Managed to update the app and logged in to my account.
10. With no advance notice, Car Club terminated my booking of a vehicle with less than 24hours notice.
11. Went to the Google Play store, there is no update button.
