It works great with multiple apps open, scanning is accurate AND INFORMATION collected in the scanner reader of all barcode styles it's a friendly app and not a picky ONE THE paper doesn't have to be ironed down flat clean of wrinkles and spills THIS app scans and reads the bar codes just as fast and accurate on messy paper or clean paper.

2. For a free user, not worth at all.Thought I was downloading a free app it is free for 3 days only if I subscribe and pay $ 14.99 I do not want this it will not let me uninstall it and once they open it and use it and pay for it first I expect to see a credit I do not expect to be billed I'm very disappointed by the misleading advert.. I couldnt agree more! Thats a fraud!Lousy app.

3. I would recommend you to search online for a free QR Scanner if it's just for a quick scan.Way too many ads I understand that free apps need to earn money somehow, but the pop ups were so frequent, it became frustrating.

4. With the 3 scans for free user, and in this covid situation where literally everything outside our home requires a scan, buying premium is the only thing that would make this app even usable.

7. It's a great tool for PHONE faxing or documents getting FILED, scanning your docs before filing ensures no manipulation of docs.Problematic app.

8. Supposedly, i wont be charged but today after i check my purchase history, it shows that i've subscribed the monthly subscription amounting RM91.99. Im requesting a refund for this.

1. Fix AiScan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AiScan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AiScan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AiScan" » Open AiScan: All QR Code, Scanner & » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AiScan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AiScan: All QR Code, Scanner & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AiScan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AiScan: All QR Code, Scanner &" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AiScan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AiScan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AiScan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AiScan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AiScan not working

2. Fix AiScan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AiScan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AiScan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AiScan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
