Why should I report an Issue with HungryNaki - Food Delivery?

1. When I search for restaurants, it shows all the restaurants except for the one I actually searched for.It takes too much time to delivery any order, there is no support in cancellation, if you order and it been two hours, you still have to receive the food.Totally a scam app.

2. The address changes and location updates makes it likely to place order with wrong address.They give offer for online payment and take the payment before even placing the order.

3. They confirm the order, took payment from bkash and after 30minutes they cancelled and gave hn credits.

4. It took 1.5 hours to give the delivery 🙂.Very bad they have no common scene they cancel order after 30 minutes of order.

7. Tried to delete my account and creat new one, that doesn't work.Tried to make payment from bkash in my new account, that does not work.

8. Most of the times parcels arrive late and sometimes after waiting for like 1hour for food,they just cancel the order.

10. I mean if you can't give delivery in 30-40 minutes why even you are taking order.

1. Fix HungryNaki Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HungryNaki: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HungryNaki App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HungryNaki" » Open HungryNaki - Food Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HungryNaki » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HungryNaki - Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HungryNaki servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HungryNaki - Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HungryNaki app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HungryNaki might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HungryNaki. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HungryNaki then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HungryNaki not working

2. Fix HungryNaki Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HungryNaki be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HungryNaki not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HungryNaki may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
