Lives could possibly depend on this app... fix it!I love this app keeps me updated with what's going on around me and the roadways I just feel safer knowing I can get notificationsWhile the information is extremely timely and useful, there are no options to disable non-emergency alerts overnight, there is no seperate volume option for any of the alerts and there is no way to toggle individual non-emergency alert categories off even though the toggle switch appears (nothing heppens when I touch any of them).

2. You don't seem to be able to pick a toggle not to send alerts for non emergencies - so everything uses the same loud alert... Needs A LOT more options for alerts, separate sound level, easier to use interface.

3. Keep up the good work!The app is not working the panic button is not working I didn't even to give one star cause it's a useless appVery useful 2-way app for crime reporting as well as public safety alerts.

4. I have been woken in the middle of the night for non-emergency issues because I have my alarm vokume on for my actual alarms.

1. Fix SaferWatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SaferWatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SaferWatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SaferWatch" » Open SaferWatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SaferWatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SaferWatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SaferWatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SaferWatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SaferWatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SaferWatch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SaferWatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SaferWatch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SaferWatch not working

2. Fix SaferWatch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SaferWatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SaferWatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SaferWatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
