1. I tried leaving feedback but even that doesn't work.On Android the keyboard does not show when clicking on the text field in Find Care / Find a Provider.

2. Very unfortunate.This app is very useful for communicating with my care team and I've never had an issue but, just today when I tried to sign in it says my login info is incorrect even though I'm able to sign in on their website.

3. And although it's not a functionality issue, I miss having dark mode.The app is ok and lets you chat with reps for help which is very convenient.

4. The one major flaw that I found is that it does not create a notification on the phone when the rep answers you (which could be minutes or hours later, so you can't just keep staring at the screen waiting).

5. Request a call back and they call from restricted number..On the surface it works but clicking within it doesn't work.

6. I am unable to enter any text and thus cannot search for a doctor.Horrible! No way to correct registration error.

7. This app worked wonderfully for me in the beginning, with the only noticed issue being that, on occasion, messages would duplicate (but a refresh always fixed it).

8. Accolade is GREAT!Key board on phone doesn't come up so you can't search for anything.

9. I also wanted to see my plan balances and it never loaded.My Accolade assistant is always quick to help me and if she can't, she gets someone else to chime in and help.

10. Strongly suggesting they add it, which would get it from 3 to 5 stars for me! (Android phone)After 2 years the app still doesn't work.

11. I've tried to search for providers and it won't take a location so it never shows any providers.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Accolade, Inc.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Accolade, Inc. then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Accolade, Inc. not working
