1. Think about it?The free version has many workouts and skill level-ups! Integrated timer, counter, examples, and links to helpful videos.
2. Each skill has a series of workouts that is designed to get you stronger until you reach the point where you need to progress.
3. Has exercises for full body workouts, upper lower splits, and skills like muscle ups and levers.
4. The free version goes straight to the skill list, which is the only thing I want to work on.
5. It might be helpful to review a few progressions because at some levels I find some exercises challenging (either because they are last in the list or they are more advanced for the level).
6. One more thing that would be extremely helpful is to develop an audio feedback announcing the start of the timer and the next exercise.
7. The only thing they need to improve on is adding an ability where you can slide to change the reps or seconds you held on to a certain pose.
8. This is very important because many skills doesn't allow free hands making it hard to keep track of timer especially.
9. The workouts are timed and all you have to do is follow the workout and enter your reps or time.
10. I have been using this to ease back into Calisthenics and it has been very helpful to get back into the swing of things.
11. I hope i don't need to over explain the benefits of having all your workouts compiled to one central location.
