Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UNLV Alumni Issues
1. Fix UNLV Alumni Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart UNLV Alumni: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the UNLV Alumni App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNLV Alumni" » Open UNLV Alumni » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNLV Alumni » click "UPDATE".
- Clear UNLV Alumni app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNLV Alumni servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNLV Alumni" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check UNLV Alumni app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNLV Alumni might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall UNLV Alumni. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNLV Alumni then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNLV Alumni not working
