1. The UI isn't too friendly, difficulty in moving the models within the app, the texture doesn't revert back in the unfolded portions after clicking and switching it off doesn't quite work as one would want it to, black coloured models become difficult to be seen in a black background, and a bunch of other things... But the app serves its main purpose - viewing of models quickly & on the go, not great or good but okayy for now :[App is very good.

2. Is there any way to print the models off, or do you plan on adding something like that in the future, or something like a pdo to pdf converterits a life saver but could you please add more light on models(or maybe the ability to turn on off the shadows) and a white background?This app is great ! But sadly it only could read the pdo file only.... It would be better if its less laggy and have many features like pdo to pdf or scalingThe developer of the app and program genuinely wants to make and share a great product.

ThanksWorks good, wish there was a print feature for the sheets as I have no other way of printing them off because this is the only app that I can open the file with.It does its job but the ui is quite clunky and it forces the camera to zoom out whenever you select a part.I absolutely love this app, im so glad someonw finally made an app like pepakura.

4. No option to drag model up or down..If I open a model I can not move the model upwards or downwards or left or right...It only rotates.

5. Please give the option to drag model in 3d window as well.

6. It only allows viewing and rotating.plss. Update this App that can also convert the PDO to PDF.

1. Fix Armorsmith Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Armorsmith Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Armorsmith Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Armorsmith Viewer" » Open Armorsmith Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Armorsmith Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Armorsmith Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Armorsmith Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Armorsmith Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Armorsmith Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Armorsmith Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Armorsmith Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Armorsmith Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Armorsmith Viewer not working

2. Fix Armorsmith Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Armorsmith Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Armorsmith Viewer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Armorsmith Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
