1. tried a few file types with the same results.This is an excellent 3d model viewer but it would be many times better if it had a VR 3d stereoscopic mode so that it can be used in Google Cardboard or other VR headset.Perfect app to show your 3D models! I mainly use it to show the models to my clients, really useful the control lights setting too.You have made a five star application.

2. Keeps getting stuck at the loading screen, hope it gets updated soon.Paid app still has IAP; doesn't have the capabilities of other (better) free (ad and IAP) apps; doesn't use intents (loading files from the file manager); cannot turn objects on and off (show - hide); etc.

3. It has a long way to go, but as it is IAP driven, I'll keep using my current tool (sorry folks, but i don't think it is fair to put the name of other apps in a review, but search "fbx viewer" and you'll find it).Sir, your newer update wont let me open any 3d model.

4. already tried to open with file fbx, obj, stl, and gltf all of them stuck at loading model screen, i like ur app because it can open some animation fbx, my solution now downgrade the app or wait for you to fixed the application.

5. Edit : Thanks you sir for your email response, if anyone found bug in this application just contact developer, so developer can try to fixed it and i am find the dev very responsive.Seems to be the best fbx viewer for Android.

6. Please add support for blendshape animations! Thanks.terrible, so many ads then cant even load the most simple of models without timing out and freezing or just crashing.

7. Can you add a feature of animating 3D objects I'm the app ?but its a great app.I can't even import files to view.

1. Fix HOLOFIL 3D model viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HOLOFIL 3D model viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HOLOFIL 3D model viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HOLOFIL 3D model viewer" » Open HOLOFIL 3D model viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HOLOFIL 3D model viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HOLOFIL 3D model viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HOLOFIL 3D model viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HOLOFIL 3D model viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HOLOFIL 3D model viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HOLOFIL 3D model viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HOLOFIL 3D model viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HOLOFIL 3D model viewer then reinstall.
