1. I opened the app and was greeted by a weird Minecraft girl, I immediately cringed hard and panicked trying to change the character model but I swear I pressed every button and never came close to that option.

5. When I try to add the second character, the button of the arm size is covered with the remove character button, makes me impossible to resize the arms.

6. Adding two people and animating them is a good thing to have, except the fact that when trying to do something, then going back to watch the clips.

11. But the controls for world building/world editing, is hard and other times complex, I wish there is much simple way to build the world easy with better controls.

1. Fix Animate em! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animate em!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animate em! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animate em!" » Open Animate em! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animate em! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animate em! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animate em! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animate em!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animate em! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animate em! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Animate em!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Animate em! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Animate em! not working

2. Fix Animate em! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Animate em! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Animate em! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Animate em! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
