1. I can also replay the corporate call & daily calls from this app..I LOVE this app! It has been extremely helpful on staying knowledgeable about my business, sales and training! Fast access t share information with others as well as up to date corporate news!!! #gamechangerit takes too long to open...then when I am uding the marketing tools such as the videos...the send button isnt responding.

2. I see others have had similar issues....not useful if it cannot be utilized!The app says the video was watched and prospects never get after sending the video 4 times!! The new issue on today 12/30/18 I can not send a video through email!! without a phone number.The app just stopped working all of a sudden.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PlanNet Marketing Issues

1. Fix PlanNet Marketing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PlanNet Marketing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PlanNet Marketing App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlanNet Marketing" » Open PlanNet Marketing » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlanNet Marketing » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PlanNet Marketing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlanNet Marketing servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlanNet Marketing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PlanNet Marketing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlanNet Marketing might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PlanNet Marketing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlanNet Marketing then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PlanNet Marketing not working


2. Fix PlanNet Marketing Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlanNet Marketing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PlanNet Marketing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PlanNet Marketing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
