2. Ridiculous how you make a free app and make people watch videos and pay for a free app.You have to watch a video every time you want to color or you have to pay wouldn't recommend getting this appI didn't mind having to watch videos but I found a lot of the pictures wouldn't fill with colour.

3. Doesn't respond correctly , very annoying that there are only a few drawings for free the rest you have to watch an ad for or pay...Every thing but like one thing Is premium... such good therapy that I have to spend left and right.

1. Fix Art Therapy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Art Therapy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Art Therapy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Art Therapy" » Open Art Therapy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Art Therapy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Art Therapy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Art Therapy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Art Therapy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Art Therapy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Art Therapy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Art Therapy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Art Therapy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Art Therapy not working

2. Fix Art Therapy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Art Therapy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Art Therapy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Art Therapy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
