1. Could be better but sadly isn't....what good is an app that won't let you make your OWN DESIGN??? Change that and I'm 5 stars all the way!!!! well....I waited and waited but they never fixed it....uninstalling.This app is very bad, I thought it was going to allow me to make my own neon texts with different fonts but it gives you its own neon texts that you cannot change.It's pretty good 👌 I like it...... the neon colors are pretty 😍😍 and the background are cool and the stickers are very gorgeous...App crashes saveral time.

2. Not worthTrash app, you can only write on already app made gifs, can't even clear the already written text.Proboscis good but not for me it has very few templates no option of writing the text u want I wold appreciate if u would do smthingVery bad editing.

3. Didn't find any option to change background.Doesn't let you edit and no option available for text editing or photo editing.

4. Text appears only in Landscape, NOT portrait, so useless for Instagram Story.

1. Fix Neon Lights Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Neon Lights: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Neon Lights App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neon Lights" » Open Neon Lights - Text Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neon Lights » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Neon Lights - Text Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neon Lights servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neon Lights - Text Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Neon Lights app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neon Lights might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Neon Lights. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neon Lights then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neon Lights not working

2. Fix Neon Lights Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neon Lights be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neon Lights not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Neon Lights may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
