1. Please fix.Great magazine and solid read and easy to use on my phone.App does not work... None of the issues open.never works properlyApparently this is a new app, different from the old one before, but with the exact same name and icon.
2. Called customer service only to be told to wait 24 hours.This is 5 days later called customer service again, only for them to tell me the app is not them.
3. Waiting on a response.Rubbish. Cannot properly download and read offline on phone.
4. So how do you get customer service? So I called again they gave me an email.
