1. Uninstalling already and had it for all of one dayThis is a fake app! Stay away! I checked temperature from a regular thermometer and it showed temperature of 99.9... And from this app it shows a different temperature..... Also it shows that it is scanning through the screen! The screen cannot scan send signals of temperatures to the mother board of phone!!! How is Google play allowing this app???Too many adds, after each temperature check, there is an add before getting results.

2. Took my "SIM" (aka for "simulation"?) scanned by putting my finger on the screen 3 times in a row and got 3 different temps 3 & 4 degrees in difference and heart rates 6&8 beats different each time.

3. I got in one round 99.5°F (37.5°C), but the app was taking it as 37.9°C (100.22°F). The next round I made less than 5 secs after the first one and got 98°F (36.66°C), but also got 37.7°C (99.8°F). Is important to solve this issue.This requires you to place your finger on the front of the screen.

4. Temperature varies depending on which finger I used, anywhere from 98 to 99.6. Waste of time.The app is fine it is the Google ads that are the pits.

5. I used the scan a few times in a row and not only is very inconsistent in the temperature it told you seconds ago, but also the Fahrenheit and the Celsius doesn't match.

6. It stores and records all of your information into it's memory bank and also has features where it gives you tips on how to reduce fever or even how to rebuild you're strengthToo many adverts.

7. Being in a time such as the one we have been in, it has really helped with feeling more prepared for a situation if me or another family member were to get sick .

8. It measures my weight too, as well as my temperature in both metric and imperial.

9. On the vast majority of phones, and certainly those when this app was made, the screen has no sensors in it.

10. Absolute waste of time.Fake app.

1. Fix Body Temperature Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Body Temperature: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Body Temperature App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Body Temperature" » Open Body Temperature : Fever Thermometer History Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Body Temperature » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Body Temperature : Fever Thermometer History Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Body Temperature servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Body Temperature : Fever Thermometer History Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Body Temperature app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Body Temperature might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Body Temperature. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Body Temperature then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Body Temperature not working

2. Fix Body Temperature Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Body Temperature be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Body Temperature not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Body Temperature may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
