Why should I report an Issue with Stageverse?

1. Best left on auto view as if you try to change camera view manually the sound glitches - annoying.So much potential, but audio so glitchy, cuts in and out, usually towards the end of a track on Muse experience, so buggy, don't necessarily want to see other avatars.

2. Very disappointed, as I had been really looking forward to experiencing the MUSE concert... :(Bro i used so many metaverse apps but this is too good smooth and good graphics But the only thing wrong with it is when I play this no one there except me .

3. Error: fatal, applications stopped Device: Samsung S9Does not work on Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite with Android version 11; it just stays at the loading/splash screen forever.

4. On the initial version and now, after the latest update, I am not able to enter into the Muse stage level.

5. Also no way to switch off other people's avatars or the messages telling you xyz person has joined or left.

6. This now works with the MUSE concert so I'm giving it 3 rather than 1 star.

7. There is no way to switch off the on screen icons which detract from the view.

8. I don't care to see other people standing in my way just like at a real gig! 3.

9. I hope it'll be famous in futureI get errors every time I try to enter any of the app sections.

11. However it was disappointing in a few ways.

1. Fix Stageverse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stageverse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stageverse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stageverse" » Open Stageverse » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stageverse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stageverse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stageverse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stageverse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stageverse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stageverse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stageverse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stageverse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stageverse not working

2. Fix Stageverse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stageverse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stageverse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stageverse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
