1. Quibbles: Tutor's accent is not neutral and may present a challenge to North American English speakers not wanting to project an affected accent.I've paid for the stage 1 lesson package and find it to be very helpful.

2. Now all stages except the free intro are not available, including stage one which I paid for.It's a great app for transwomen to feminize their voices, but, after purchasing stage 2, it's telling me I must purchase it again to use it.

1. Restart Christella VoiceUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Christella VoiceUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Christella VoiceUp" » Open Christella VoiceUp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Christella VoiceUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Christella VoiceUp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Christella VoiceUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Christella VoiceUp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Christella VoiceUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Christella VoiceUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Christella VoiceUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Christella VoiceUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Christella VoiceUp not working

2. Fix Christella VoiceUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Christella VoiceUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Christella VoiceUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
