Recommended.Came across this app whike browsing in Play store and was curious about it, after installing and using it, I would say it is quite revolutionary type of app, it is able to scan and detect basic skin conditions and although I would need to type in some inputs about my condition before any diagnose result is out, it is still a very easy, fast and convenient way to see what is wrong with myself for a start, definitely going to keep this app and hope more functions will be there in future.This app is no good! I installed it.

2. It's a great tool to have, especially if you're constantly concerned about your skin.Some apps are just too wondeful! It has such an attractive and user friendly navigation you can stay in there all day! Thumbs up and keep making such softwares it makes life easier and healthier.

3. I just wish they would have selfie mode to easily take a picture of your face! Otherwise it's been a much better experience and FREE, compared to other apps I've downloaded only to find out you have to pay to get an analysis.I feel the reviews on this so far have been a little bit too harsh.

4. I tested it on two different skin conditions: #1 was diagnosed by a doctor 2 weeks ago; #2 appeared a few days ago, a suspected bug bìte, but I was not sure.

1. Fix Medgic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Medgic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Medgic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Medgic" » Open Medgic - AI Skin Analysis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Medgic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Medgic - AI Skin Analysis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Medgic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Medgic - AI Skin Analysis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Medgic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Medgic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Medgic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Medgic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Medgic not working

2. Fix Medgic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Medgic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Medgic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Medgic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
