Why should I report an Issue with EchoCalc?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of BSEcho to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Update: new updates version works very well, with reference intervals from BSE, EACVI and ASE! Very helpful! Thank you!!!Experience was nice and it was very user friendly with calculator.however we have limited its usage with the updated version which does not provide the calculation facility.. kindly can we get the old version???Very nice and useful app, but now heavily outdated - ladt update was in 2014... Doesnt reflect the changes contained in guidelines and position statements of recent years, fir example - ASE / EACVI statement on chambet quantification 2015 thay defines new normal ranges for LVEF and LA volume/BSE.Don't like that the update removes the calculator.

2. Such a shame because the new version was fantastic and such a massive improvement from the old version.It is not compatible with Android 10, please update! Great app otherwise but lost all access to it.

3. Echocalc doesn't calc anymore! I understand the reasons, but I'd rather they'd taken the reference values out and left the calculator function in.

4. Keeps coming alert now as a security threat and malware....it was a great app actually.. i used the calculator function alot.

5. So nice for daily practice like in calculate AVA and other.I have been using this app for more than 5 years.

6. For some reason after updating i can no longer calculate LV MASS plugging in LVMI and RWTExcellent app for EchocardiographersWorked fine.

7. Now im cardiologist and this new version is fantastic.

1. Fix EchoCalc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EchoCalc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EchoCalc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EchoCalc" » Open EchoCalc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EchoCalc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EchoCalc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EchoCalc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EchoCalc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EchoCalc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EchoCalc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EchoCalc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EchoCalc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EchoCalc not working

2. Fix EchoCalc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EchoCalc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EchoCalc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EchoCalc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
