1. I can't take my COVID 19 vacine proof.I want to thank you for those people that work in the SUS and really help people!!! I was lucky to find such a person when I had issues that was needed to be validated so quickly.Kinda ok, looks like there's still a lot of info missing, but at least the covid stuff works flawlessly,All services needed are avaliable and presented in a proper way.

2. I'm traveling today and don't know even if i will be able to board the plane if i don't prove my vaccination status! #disappointedI tried to log in now and there's an error message.

1. Fix Meu SUS Digital Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meu SUS Digital: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meu SUS Digital App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meu SUS Digital" » Open Meu SUS Digital » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meu SUS Digital » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meu SUS Digital app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meu SUS Digital servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meu SUS Digital" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meu SUS Digital app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meu SUS Digital might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meu SUS Digital. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meu SUS Digital then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meu SUS Digital not working
