1. I do not recommend this for those in the early stages of their mental health journey but it work in tandem with talk therapy. In general, I love this app... But recently, when I went to show a friend how you are able to read your previous check ins, it wouldn't let me.
2. I definitely recommend to anyone dealing with emotional health problems and will love to keep using Youper in the future !!!! thank you ! 😇✨❤️Never had an app where each update makes it consecutively worse.
3. (Unless you like talking to a poorly programmed robot)I loved this app before and shared it with many people but the free version seems to now only be a tiny step up from a gratitude journal.
4. Features are taken, it makes you set goals but then won't let you complete them without paying, or while getting data on your mood suddenly require you to pay to do it properly.
5. Even though the techniques are great, the system quickly expires and turns into the dialogue that you skip in a game to get to where you want to go.Great tracker.
6. THIS APP IS $69.99. Which is totally fine and I support 100%! It seems like a very professional app, but the cost should really be advertised or shown up front on the Play Store.
7. That is especially annoying when I'm deep into analyzing my mood and thoughts, especially if I'm almost about to finish the process.I love the app.
8. The app seems like it could be a great tool, but it's disappointing to download only to realize you can't use it.I'm really impressed with the changes.
9. When I tried to "share" (just to see if I could see my whole post) the screen went back to the beginning screen and it asked me to check in again.
10. I find it is an easy way to keep track of my mental health symptoms.
11. If you don't want to do anything righ then, but missed the time to say no, you have to exit the session altogether, because you don't have the option to say no thanks.
