1. 3 different loading screens to got the technical visit appointment is a joke.Everyday when I wake up my internet is out and I need to restart the modem and the app doesn't help with nothing.

2. And very ironic that the biggest advertisement and that about auto service and digital invoice, which is by far the worst quality after the current customer service with "specialists", and this current "automatic" system.

3. Don't have a loss of service and try to go online using your cell phone toget help.

4. When I tried to get help from the app the functions just getting in loading mode.Horrible. It does simply NOT work and I tried really hard for hours just for nothing... Removed this app forever.

5. Can you please help me to fix the problem?Not bad except ir forgets your password and makes you change it each time you want to log on.

6. When I select my contract and insert the password it shows a message saying that was not possible to contact the servers at this time.
