1. For a 50 years old who travelled dozens of countries that is really meaningful.Extremely easy and fast access! 1. Fix Claro flex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Claro flex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Claro flex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Claro flex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Claro flex servers.
