Fetch Mobi Customer Insights

1. When I first load it the TV guide shows only pay channels - I have to switch to list view to get the ABC And much of the time it tells me I have no recordings on the box, even though there are quite a few Not strictly the app but the Fetch box itself is getting loaded with more and more apps (like netflix, Youtube etc) with now way to get rid of them - just like a mobile phone!Program guide on tv is glitchy and annoying.

2. I can eventually record from my phone but it takes ages for free to air to appear and a lot of mucking around Please fix asapLatest version of the app only allows you to navigate the TV guide scrolling per day, with only a few channels visible.

3. On tv guide it always comes up with the pay TV channels, not free to air if you want to I record a program.

4. Sometimes it works and i can view the free to air list, other times the channels disappear completely and it stays that way for hours.

5. While most functions work (with a big lag), Netflix control doesn't! Using a Pixel 3 with the latest Android OS 9.

6. It means you can't easily navigate shows and channels like you used to in previous versions, it is very VERY tedius with load/refresh for each day - essentially making it unusable to me.

7. Tells me there is an issue with fetch connection, yet settings are correct and my fetch is connected.

8. Really poor quality!We are dependent on the app to control the Fetch Mighty as its installed in another room.

9. Please consider providing the old navigation of TV guide as an option!!The latest version is no better.

10. Haven't tried the Google Home integration just yet (with regards to Netflix) but I shouldn't have to resort to this workaround to begin withThey don't listen to their customers.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fetch Mobi Issues

1. Fix Fetch Mobi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fetch Mobi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fetch Mobi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fetch Mobi" » Open Fetch Mobi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fetch Mobi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fetch Mobi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fetch Mobi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fetch Mobi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fetch Mobi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fetch Mobi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fetch Mobi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fetch Mobi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fetch Mobi not working


2. Fix Fetch Mobi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fetch Mobi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fetch Mobi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fetch Mobi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
