1. To explore fractals in more depth, this app uses intuitive pinch-to-zoom/rotate/shear gestures, allows custom functions, provides a 3D-look to fractals and uses two dimensional fully customizable palettes.
2. For a quick start, Fract provides a list of Demos with a large list of fractal formulas and drawing methods.
3. Fract is a fast, highly customizable, open source, free and ad-free Fractal Generator for Android.
4. The aim of this program is to create beautiful fractal images and math enthusiasts will find a fun playground for all kinds of experiments.
5. The fractals are calculated using an internal, Kotlin-alike programming language.
6. If you are interested in programming, a feature-rich Source Editor is also included in this app.
7. For this purpose it contains an easy-to-use palette editor with import/export features.
8. Furthermore, the image resolution can be freely configured and dark mode is supported.
9. Even if you are less interested in mathematics, you will be able to enjoy this fractal explorer.
1. Think your done? No! Input your own functions, algorithms and parameters to create unique images that only you have! During this covid19 lock down, what better than to keep your mind stimulated by exploring the infinite plethora of images that can be spawned by using this app!Loving this so far!! Full color and lighting customization is something ive seen from only this and your other app.
2. I'd like to request a small documentation section though that kinda tells you what operators the program can use and how to depict em, cause I've been trying stuff like ln and log and those don't appear to be workinFast generation, full customization, good UI for palette/light rotation.
3. I think the speed is decent on my 5 year old Galaxy S7 running the program at 1440p.Hey man, LTNS! New Fract is great! I've run into an issue I had with Fractview in Fract.
4. This seems better for deeper zooms while fractview is better for sharp wallpapers.Great. it's very cool and I've made many fractals.
5. A multifarious selection of samples can be manipulated to you're heart's desire, creating esthetic images created using mathematics.
6. Thanks for still developing this app!As a fractal viewer this is honestly pretty great, lord knows how many hours I've spent on it.
7. Great work so far!An excellent app that allows users to explore the weirdness of fractal space.
8. Least permissions required of any app I have! Kudos!!very pixelated, so much so it's hard to look at, it pixelates everytime you zoom in and takes a few seconds to render itself.
9. My only complaint is that image quality isnt NEAR as good as it was in fractview.
10. If development continues on this and some of the valid (and nit-pickity) issues are properly addressed, this app could become f#&king wonderful.
11. A few Android OS vers ago I was able to gen 16K resolution fractals! After an OS update, the best I can do is 12K, still with Fract.
