For instance my pcp wants a copy of a test I had done and I cannot find a way to text, email, or print a hard copy of the test results and since my pcp is not part of piedmont, she can't see the results.I enjoy using the Piedmont Now app to do lots of basic functions yourself and not having to talk with someone to make an appointment or review test results or send a message to your doctor, etc.

2. Sometimes it will return to perpendecular and most of the time it won't, Realy flustrating, especialy to some one 79 years old.When I originally downloaded the app I found it very helpful keeping up with my son's appointments and progress being able to see the therapists' notes.

3. Since no one returns calls for 24 hours or more at this hospital, we count on your app not to crash.Used to work great now it crashes every time I go to the calendar to see appointments.

1. Fix Piedmont Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Piedmont Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Piedmont Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Piedmont Now" » Open Piedmont Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Piedmont Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Piedmont Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Piedmont Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Piedmont Now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Piedmont Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Piedmont Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Piedmont Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Piedmont Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Piedmont Now not working

2. Fix Piedmont Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Piedmont Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Piedmont Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Piedmont Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
