Why should I report an Issue with Mambo - Random calls & chat?

I hope more English people get to use the app " )Can you make it free please I really liked the aesthetic on the app But it's really hard to pay the coinsi rate this app a one it makes no sence to me i defenetly dont recomend people using thoss app if i were u i would use a diff voice chat and its not even a voic chat.

No one speaks English or anything and it's have no option to delete the account also and still asking for cash and subscription to be made without even having prior security .It is such a good app..i like it very much..has a good concept but from my experience there was less girls and majority was boys This is amazing app..... i ever useMisleading.

1. Fix Mambo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mambo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mambo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mambo" » Open Mambo - Random calls & chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mambo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mambo - Random calls & chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mambo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mambo - Random calls & chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mambo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mambo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mambo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mambo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mambo not working

2. Fix Mambo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mambo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mambo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mambo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
