1. Worst of all, you are not allowed to use the app more than 10 times, after that, you will be asked to pay an overpriced subscription that just makes no sense at all considering the other alternatives with the same image quality even when those are either free, or with a one time purchase fee that is less than a 10th fraction of the yearly fee for this app.Great idea, but still a lot of bugs when dropping the item directly to photoshop.
2. There are more professional ways of capturing objects, including native Adobe apps that are free to use.Works fine with identical light sources, if pictures taken from the same angle, if there is no bright/patterned background.
3. I wrote to their support 3 times during past days but they even didn't respond.Installed the app a few days ago but had no chance to test it out until today, unfortunately, I've found only annoyances: the first one is, you are forced to create an account in order to use the app giving you the common alternatives, either login with a Google, e-mail or Facebook accounts.
4. Until those happen, I guess I had fun with my free trial! It works beautifully and is definitely worth paying for.I made every effort to explore various options to enhance the photo, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues, particularly with portrait photos when attempting to change the background.
5. Then, once I get into the viewfinder, it gives me a distorted and stretched image, so, whatever object I point my camera to, the object appears completely stretched at an abnormal proportion... and finally, if I tap on the "Clip" button in order to take a picture, the only thing I would get is an error message.
6. Really great all around!Amazing! Works exactly as advertised! It's a bit expensive with prices clearly skewed toward long-term use ($10 monthly or $40 anually, which is $3.33 monthly... Monthly should be cheaper!).
7. The biggest flow, that ultimately made me uninstall it, it's the subscription as the only way to have full access to the app: £34 a year it's a sci-fi price, even for the most dedicated professionist.
8. To be candid, the outcome is quite unsettling and can be perceived as somewhat eerie.Good idea but doesn't work.
9. If it's more polished, more effective, and cheaper, I'd reconsider the rating.Great app that does one simple job in the quickest way so far.
10. Download button doesn't work can't download ai generated images.
11. Other apps are far cheaper and they are competing with Photoshop functions-wise.
Dear ClipDrop Team,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the stability of your AI application, ClipDrop. I have been experiencing consistent interruptions in the form of advertisements each time I attempt to utilize the AI picture creation feature. This has significantly hindered my ability to fully explore and enjoy the capabilities of your software.
The frequency of these advertisements has led me to question whether continued usage of the AI picture creation feature necessitates a paid subscription. If this is indeed the case, I kindly request that you provide clear and upfront information regarding any such requirements. This will greatly assist users like myself in understanding the terms of use and making informed decisions about our engagement with your application.
I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and hope for an improved user experience in the future.
