Why should I report an Issue with YouNow: Live Stream Video Chat?

1. 👎🏾They're basically bribing old omlet arcade users to join with 500 gold bars, this app is horrible, and their site doesn't even offer game streaming to twitch and it's ugly.This app used to be great when the spinner was actually useful.

5. You can use the daily streak for bars, but max you can buy with them is usually 400 likes.

6. It used to give 400 likes, 2,000 likes, 1,000 bars, and a lot of other good stuff.

7. Prove me wrong YouNow!Years later and YouNow are still neglecting to make sure the app is just as usable for their Android clients, as it is for their iPhone and Desktop clients.

8. Other than that, I do like the app a lot.App is not respectful of your time away from it will send notifications for big gifts for no reason.

1. Fix YouNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YouNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YouNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YouNow" » Open YouNow: Live Stream Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YouNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YouNow: Live Stream Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YouNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YouNow: Live Stream Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YouNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YouNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YouNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YouNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YouNow not working

2. Fix YouNow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YouNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YouNow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YouNow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
