Why should I report an Issue with Rain Radar?

So much for buying proVery happy with this app both on android and on iOS too - it will play just one Ad video in 24 hours which is fine - the application shows the rain radar picture as a moving video over the previous 2 hours and you can set an alert to advise when rain is in its way to your location - very handy and I tend to use it more on a day to day basis than TV met programs.

All measurements are blank.4 out 10 times it won't load rain animation, just plain map, or when you see the rain animation on a map and you zoom in or out it's gone, just showing plain map, time bar is moving but animation disappeares and sometimes it will load the rain back up and sometimes not after a long wait.

3. The best part is the you can quickly change to a predictive view where the app shows you where it's predicted the rain will fall for two hours in the future.

4. I haven't used it for wind, temp etc., so I don't know if there's same problem.Very basic, non-fuss and easy to use rain radar.

5. It would be even better if it showed predicted rain a little farther into the future, but a lot of weather apps don't do this at all.Really like the app.

7. Unfortunately, it's not worth purchasing because there is still no manual frame control - just play and pause yet other apps do.

8. Some data segments were missing (or holes) in the display on the odd frame since the update yet a rival app using the same data had no such trouble.

9. I suggest to show temps in form of a number across the chart and clouds with a darker grey for more contrast.

10. Unfortunately the temperature chart is very difficult to use as it only indicates the temps by light coloring of the chart.

1. Fix Rain Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rain Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rain Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rain Radar" » Open Rain Radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rain Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rain Radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rain Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rain Radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rain Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rain Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rain Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rain Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rain Radar not working

2. Fix Rain Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rain Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rain Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rain Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
