Why should I report an Issue with AUS Rain Radar - Weather Bom?

Oh and yes, I consider someone who designs an app and flood's it with ads and then offers a paid version without ads to be forcing users down that pathWhat's happened - updated & cities I had saved to check weather there have not only disappeared but can't get back & can't check elsewhere unless capital city (& then won't revert to where I was) NOT happy, thinking of removing & going elsewhere unless these are reinstated ADDIT:- thank you, has been restored, very happy now (Though would appreciate the respect to at least spell my name correctly)I'll stand by Best layout on radar.

2. Cheers.I do love this app but ... Paid up for this app for long time now but still sometimes get full volume, full screen advertising that I'm forced to watch before I can view map! I notice that you indicate to another review that you have removed loud full screen adds, but I can assure you that you have not.

3. I love the location feature because I can clearly see my location in relation to the rain cells, unlike BoM radars in which locations are obliterated by the rain cells.

4. Have made sure my devices location is turned on too.Leon, your app does not recognise MANY locations when entering them MANUALLY.

5. It seems to stick on the blue intro screen for a very long time? Maybe even have the app progress to the info page with a place holder for the map as the app loads in the background.

6. Example: Look up Shannon's Flat NSW 2630 - Your app won't find it, the only way to get that location is to physically go there and use your phones GPS, otherwise your app NEVER RECOGNISES ITS EXISTENCE, hence my review.

7. Tried to reset them but the edit/ location section has disappeared also.

8. The app picks up your location and loads the associated data quickly.

9. I also like the feature of it following you when you travel instead of having to find the nearest radar on the BOM site.

1. Fix AUS Rain Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AUS Rain Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AUS Rain Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AUS Rain Radar" » Open AUS Rain Radar - Weather Bom » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AUS Rain Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AUS Rain Radar - Weather Bom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AUS Rain Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AUS Rain Radar - Weather Bom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AUS Rain Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AUS Rain Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AUS Rain Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AUS Rain Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AUS Rain Radar not working

2. Fix AUS Rain Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AUS Rain Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AUS Rain Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AUS Rain Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
