Why should I report an Issue with Weather Radar Pro—Forecast&Map?

1. Otherwise, this app is packed with the information I wanted and is overall aesthetically pleasing! The only other issue is that I've never been able to get the home screen widget to work.Does a great job following you vs other apps that won't follow when they say they do.

I'm not sure how they can do this but after using it for several weeks and then trying the actual app (windy) I can say it's much better to cut out the middle man in this case.... would have been nice if the developers had mentioned in the app info that this is the case for transparency with potential customers.Excellent, easy to follow weather app.

4. It's still great.Fairly irritated to realize that this app is literally just a shell containing the windy weather app with some small and in my case generally unused additions to the interface.

1. Fix Weather Radar Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather Radar Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Radar Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Radar Pro" » Open Weather Radar Pro—Forecast&Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Radar Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Radar Pro—Forecast&Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Radar Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Radar Pro—Forecast&Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Radar Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Radar Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Radar Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Radar Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Radar Pro not working

2. Fix Weather Radar Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Radar Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Radar Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Radar Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
