Why should I report an Issue with Joi - Live Video Chat?

Great app, this is by far the best videochat app on Google play it has so much potential, the only downside is how expensive it is to make calls I buy coins and finish them in like 2 calls, and it's very buggy at the moment haven't been able to use the app because the image of myself on the screen when in a call is distorted for some reason.

2. It's a low review because I haven't been reimbursed the coins for connection errors on the other line that end the call as soon as the mark is hit.

3. You get a few coins but then it tries to charge you for each call per minute!!! Do not use this app it's insane.The area and users on this platform are wild but kind amazing people .

4. Maybe they can lower it a bit but you won't get the same experience for free lol.Recently this app has decided to flat out steal from users by deleting user accounts containing purchased coin balances and revoking supposed "lifetime joi elite" status and privileges.

5. It worked well before but it started doing that for some reason and haven't been able use it, it's also not my camera because my camera works fine.I can't figure out how to change my rating but I add a new one until I figure it out.

6. Terrible.Well first you try to make a call and it says connecting and then it doesn't go through my internet connection is good so there's that.

1. Fix Joi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Joi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Joi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joi" » Open Joi - Live Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Joi - Live Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joi - Live Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Joi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Joi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Joi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Joi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Joi not working

2. Fix Joi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Joi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Joi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Joi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
