1. The issue some people mention about the 6am start seems to be a problem with provider data rather than the app as that issue also occur in the TV guide and in my cable TV provider's own internal guide - which is probably the source of the problem.I have been using the free version for awhile.
2. But now the advertising pops up as the entire page- first! You have to look in each corner of the ad for a little x, or a "no thanks" to hit before you can get to the schedule! If the ad is for IMDB, there's no way to move forward without adding their app! No choice. This is a nice replacement for TV Guide app because it shows more information in a smaller graphic footprint.
3. Now, however, I'm forced to click on a full screen ad before I can get to any TV information screens at all, and on top of that some of the ads involve slanted politics or other topics that I find offensive.I loved this app for years & recommended it to everyone.
4. I'm not sure if it's the app or the channels, but when I'm looking for a movie to watch, they're not all listed in the search.Have used this app for a couple of years or so and love it.
5. For example when you scroll to a program & before you can click on that item to get more info, the screen data suddenly moves and an ad moves in front of the item you were about to click on.
6. Especially useful for local "open air" channels which do not have their own guide.
7. There are IMDB links, you can choose your channels by packages, or individually add and delete them.
8. The App page view vanishes, if connection is dropped, and minimized, when Every web site on the planet is still viewable regardless mimimized and no wifi or cell data.
9. I don't have cable so I rely on this app to show what programs are on all the channels and what the show is about.
10. Also when I opened the app today part of the interface was missing so that it was impossible to view program information for anything more than the current time.
11. You can choose the order you want the channels to appear in as well.
