Why should I report an Issue with Reach - Internet Best Friends?

1. Very annoying and leads people to constantly ask for your other social media handles to talk, which completely defeats the purpose of this app.I like this app, but it stops working, erases my messages and essentially doesn't seem to be able to handle a message longer than a few sentences.

2. But doesn't have the option to send you different style of word choice to send to other personas a friend and when sending a message it still says sending message or messages to the other person.

3. I'm having a great time with this app except for one person who has contacted me from multiple accounts (one seems to have been shut down but the messages are still there) and I don't know how to send a report about to show you guys screenshots or multiple messages.

4. It's a good app to socialize with new people but needs to improve on sending message and word choices.It's a pretty good app for chatting or finding friends online.

5. I got to meet new people from around the around the world and that's what I wanted, but I guess when I hold done a names to long in the messages it deletes,hides, block, or it does something and I'm unable to talk to them in my messages.

6. When this happened to be the first time I didn't know how to fix it and had to start a whole new account and start over and it happened againThis app is great to find new friends and people to talk too.

7. The app stops receiving notifications, or it won't let me send or receive messages from people until I either Uninstall or clear data.

8. Also, when you talk on the message notification to go ace open it, the chat opens but the profile pics don't show and can't send the message until restarting the app.

9. My chat section says I have 4 unread messages and clearing cache/data storage, logging in/out, and uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix this issue.

10. It's very frustrating especially since I'm otherwise enjoying the app and talking to people.Like the idea of having new friends around the world and the same county as you is cool.

11. I love it! I also want to travel so I love meeting people in different countries that are sharing stories about their experiences in different countries.

1. Fix Reach Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reach: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reach App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reach" » Open Reach - Internet Best Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reach » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reach - Internet Best Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reach servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reach - Internet Best Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reach app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reach might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reach. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reach then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reach not working

2. Fix Reach Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reach be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reach not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reach may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
