Why should I report an Issue with TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It would be nice to just bypass all of this nonsense and play instead of having to go through the payment process every single time.Hmmm ...it's a little weird to ask for a review before your child plays it... but I'm hoping it will be something that helps more-so because my daughter loses interest in things quickly and it's been IMPOSSIBLE to teach her anything (maybe I'm not animated enough!?) and it's gotta be really good to keep her wanting to do more to learn more.

2. My son just wants to learn right now so I'm just hoping it will fit both of their personalities and help them both learn as much as they want toIt's asks for a free trial but yet wants you to start some kind of membership the trial expires.

Very unhappy.This is my little ones favorite app but it's very aggravating for me every single time I have to log in it won't allow us to just go and play we have to go through the part where we have to purchase the subscription all over again until it realizes that we have already paid every time.

4. Like for example, no place to put the puzzle pieces, except in the wrong spot, while your child reassembles the puzzle...so the child ends up getting a low score at the end but its not the correct score.

5. She love love loves it!! It is much easier for her to navigate(it is intuitive, no need to teach her how to use it), much faster(because less on each page to load), and less frustrating than some of the other apps.

6. I really hoped on being able to use the app for my littles but now am just feeling robbed of $60!Just started my trial period and the app is already glitching.

7. Conveniently, this is beyond the trial date and my credit card will be charged if I don't cancel.

8. Price for app needs to meet expectations.I have a nearly 3 year old and he was doing ok with the app until almost all the games kept freezing or crashing and going back to main screen.

9. If not then unfortunately I will have to cancel the subscription.App has great potential if it wouldn't freeze so much.

1. Fix TinyTap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TinyTap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TinyTap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TinyTap" » Open TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TinyTap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TinyTap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TinyTap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TinyTap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TinyTap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TinyTap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TinyTap not working

2. Fix TinyTap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TinyTap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TinyTap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TinyTap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
