1. I would recommend this App to all students preparing for NEET and JEE.This app is way better than the previous app in terms of web design and display but I'm not satisfied by the iTutor facility as I can't change the audio quality of the lectures and the video player is too sensitive to touch .

2. I would be extremely glad if a solution is suggested at the earliest.This app is nice, but there is a major problem is there and it is that all the recorded lectures of live classes are consuming heavy data while watching it.

3. The FTs and AIATS are of good level and help to solve problem of NEET.Despite of being in class 11 , I am getting test schedules of class 10 on itutor which feels very annoying as there are many of them and the schedule for 11 is at the bottom.

4. Which means that the continued lecture is not in the connectivity in any sense with the previous one and it feels annoying because again and again i have to take reference from the book.Please look into the matter asap!!It's a great app for students preparing for NEET and JEE.

1. Fix AESL Online Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AESL Online: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AESL Online App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AESL Online" » Open AESL Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AESL Online » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AESL Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AESL Online servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AESL Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AESL Online app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AESL Online might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AESL Online. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AESL Online then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AESL Online not working

2. Fix AESL Online Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AESL Online be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AESL Online not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AESL Online may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
