1. That is taking money from people and then not giving them what they purchased...... I know a word for that! Tech support does not even answer my multiple requests for assistance.When you first go into map mode it puts you In the middle of the South Atlantic ocean ???.It would be better to put the map in zoom mode at least to the country the GPS is being used.Also needs to show Gps and phone LBS and GSM so you can see how it tracking the device.Further to the above your apps needs to show more info to where the device is by doing more pings to get a better and more accurate position.If you can sort all that out you will be well ahead of the competition.The customer support is non-existent.

2. Support team keeps trying to convince me that it's a battery life (device) issue.However the watch was on for >15h with a different app installed, so clearly not the right reason.

3. overall after a few weeks of usage the app works fine.I got a tracking watch for my kids so I could give them a little more independence when out playing but always be able to see they didn't wander out of a safe area and I could reach them easily to tell them dinners ready etc.

1. Fix My Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Kids" » Open My Kids : GPS Locator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Kids : GPS Locator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Kids : GPS Locator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Kids not working

2. Fix My Kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
