About Display Social

Display Social Customer Insights

1. I was only able to upload four photos- profile, two effects selfies, and one of my other pics before it just stopped.

2. For text, please provide more color and font choices and it would be great if the users are able to choose which colors to combine in making gradient backgrounds 2.

3. For library, it's good that you can access all your photo files but it would be great if the users can edit them before uploading.

4. Update: I got message from Tsu support today that it is not a bug, but you are permitted to upload only one exclusive content per day!Yes, we are aware that the app is still in the beta version.

5. They just stayed black but when in the search it showed a picture.There is a bug with 'exclusive' button while uploading content as 'exclusive'.

6. As a user I would like to explore different content in the home page without having to go to the search option.

7. The only issue is that when we were exploring new posts it lags like sometimes goes up and sometimes took us on other page.

8. It will help the creators too and also Tsu.As i saw other reviews they said they have an issue while opening the app it takes lot of time to load.

9. For photo, it would be great to have some filters and effects.Improve the way you show the adds.

11. Please listen to me, i have an internet access with speed of 2mbps maximum and still my app runs smoothly, loads in just 10-15 seconds.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Display Social Issues

1. Fix Display Social Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Display Social: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Display Social App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Display Social" » Open Display Social » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Display Social » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Display Social app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Display Social servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Display Social" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Display Social app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Display Social might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Display Social. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Display Social then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Display Social not working


2. Fix Display Social Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Display Social be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Display Social not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Display Social may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
