1. I feel like whoever was in charge of this app should really look it over and fix all those bugs considering how much people there is that have the same problem.I'm sorry to say this but I actually bought an EXO lightstick last year (2019) and I was about to use this app for me to see if it works with the rainbow color in it but sadly, I typed my email address and it always says that "check that your email is not already registered" but when I check if there's someone who tried to register using my email address, well it was none.

2. Also I tried to send an email through the email given by playstore and it says email not found.Could you please solve the bugs in the WYTH app as soon as possible? I cannot press the ‘ concert preparation’ button and my lightstick also cannot be synced.

3. why is this and how to fix it, I'm sure my lighstick is original, I want my lighstick to connect to the application wyth because next November I will watch the EXO concertRecently, I downloaded this app on a new phone and tried to register my Lightstick ver.

4. Plus i think there are bugs because after installing it, even if app is not even opening or working, my phone network stopped working and i tried loading google page on chrome, kept showing unsafe site and some is trying steal your information.

6. I am very disappointed!!!!Soo.. My nct lightstick wont disconnect from the concert Bluetooth from nct dreams beyond live and its been a week already, I've taken out the batteries, I've closed the app, nothing it wont let me turn it off.

1. Fix Wyth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wyth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wyth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wyth" » Open Wyth » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wyth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wyth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wyth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wyth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wyth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wyth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wyth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wyth then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wyth not working

2. Fix Wyth Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wyth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wyth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wyth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
