1. This was incorrect as it needs scanning in the Duty Free shop and when I was given this information , I was unable to go to the Duty Free shop as I'd passed through border control and couldn't get bavk and therefore list my tax refund.

2. The terminals were easy to find at eurotunnel but it was clear that many people had issues trying to set the app up as there were two families standing around the terminals to see if anyone could help them.Great App, easy to use.

3. Refund was in my French bank that day minus small amount for bank charges... Bit of a faff to set up (passport photo etc.) but straightforward.

4. Makes it very easy to get tax back.Very easy once its all set up, just make sure you have invoice for skip tax and got refund in 24 hrs after trip.

5. The whole procedure is slightly complicated, but straightforward enough to earn a 30 euros refund!Straight forward, did not know about passport and selfie until received an email, I maybe just missed.

1. Fix Skiptax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skiptax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skiptax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skiptax" » Open Skiptax - French Tax Refund » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skiptax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skiptax - French Tax Refund app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skiptax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skiptax - French Tax Refund" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skiptax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skiptax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skiptax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skiptax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skiptax not working

2. Fix Skiptax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skiptax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skiptax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skiptax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
