Why should I report an Issue with Readler: great reader (PDF, DJVU, CBR, CBZ)?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Zed+ to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Still, I found that main the reader part works much metter than other available free readers.I haven't used the app to full potential, but reading books that come in PDF format work well.

2. So I'll keep the other apps.So very close to being perfect! The only flaws I've found is that it doesn't seem to use baked contents on a pdf and instead just shows you all the pages.

3. comic page order tends to get corrupted (e.g. title page ends up in the middle of the comic; no other viewer has this problem with the same files), 2.

5. The zoom is bugged, as the upper part of the page will start at the upper margin of the screen and a strip will be covered by the not-so-ergonomic interface.

6. It's more comfortable to use the down volume to move to the next page rather than the up volume... Could you add a night mode in the next update?This is just the best PDF reader for Android ever! I literally can't express how much I appreciate both UX and UI of this application.

7. gallery browsing could use improvement when reading a series (read/unread marking, exiting to main folder after reading a volume).

8. I'm reading dark comics and the effect is ruined by the white background.works exactly as expected.

9. The page must revert to original small size (zoomed out) and then highlighted.

10. With comics, that means I either guess from the small page, or open it in another app.

11. I'd personally prefer the volume buttons switched to flip a page.

1. Fix Readler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Readler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Readler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Readler" » Open Readler: great reader (PDF, DJVU, CBR, CBZ) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Readler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Readler: great reader (PDF, DJVU, CBR, CBZ) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Readler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Readler: great reader (PDF, DJVU, CBR, CBZ)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Readler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Readler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Readler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Readler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Readler not working

2. Fix Readler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Readler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Readler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Readler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
