Why should I report an Issue with Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos for Instagram)?

1. No caption transfer with photos?? I just uninstalled another reposting app bc it was doing the same thing as this one is.😖😫 Why aren't the captions being copied & pasting back under the photos we just posted to Facebook? Can this be fixed or what am I doing wrong? Please advise.

2. I don't care about copying the captions so I can't speak to that but before the update, the app would only download 70% of the time and even less if I use the "share to" feature that they said was important to use Now it downloads 100% of the time.

3. Thanks for the update :).App will work flawlessly for a day or two then I end up having to reboot phone because it won't recognize and download the image or video from the pasted url.

4. Uninstalling, what a disappointment! Another question is: why do I have to log in to my instagram account in your app if I want to repost Story??.. Other Apps repost it, no need to access my personal information.It was working great, until I updated the app.

5. Copy caption works SLIGHTLY different and the preset referencing text has been removed but DOES WORK for me.

1. Restart Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos" » Open Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos for Instagram) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos for Instagram) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Regram ( Repost+ Photos, Videos for Instagram)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
