1. Why not have it said in the will open to favorites, the ones you actually want to listen to!??! This app has loads of potential, but it has some major shortfalls!Clear with that sweet sound of radio static.

2. The many ads that are forced on us to view with no way to eliminate them is AWFUL!! WE LIVE IN A WORLD OF INTERNET... if we want or need something it is easy to surf, search & find.

3. These ads are annoying and are as bad as a mailbox full of JUNK MAIL!!!!I really like that it stays connected while you're on other apps so u can listen while doing other things.

4. It has more control on the channels, instead of grouping them together being forced to listen to other counties you don't want.

5. I was able to get it to work like usual within 15-20 mins., but if phone goes off I'm emailing again.Police Scanner : great app.

6. I downloaded a different scanner previous to this one and it kept shutting down anytime there was any kind of interruption.Fantastic .

7. On a short experience thus far it appears to be great tool to have especially for me travelling almost everyday to 6 different states for my business.

9. It was good a couple years ago.This app is not to difficult to use-but the ads that pop up make it really annoying to get started.

1. Fix Police Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Police Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Police Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Police Scanner" » Open Police Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Police Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Police Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Police Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Police Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Police Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Police Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Police Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Police Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Police Scanner not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Police Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Police Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
