1. Would give 0 stars if I could.This app works magnificalently!!! I refer it to friends all of the time! You guys are great! Definetly would give it 5 and 1/2 stars if you guys could make the dial back tones function like a real phone instead of just sounding like a keyboardI bought a balance, but the application does not work!! I sent a few emails to the developer, and there were no responses.

This app used to be awesome It had the voice changer I had the number spoofer and the conversation record option then all of a sudden nothing and when you call the number it says unknown on the other end I don't know what happened but at the very least the developer can give us an explanation to as why things are the way they are now maybe they have given us an explanation I just haven't found one yet we'll see.Not well programmed.

3. How can I report Google about that ?The app is very useful but when I call a toll free number and the receiver says "for language selection press 1" in this case the keypad buttom does not work at the time of call.

4. It deletes from the end of the phone number, which is inconvenient, you should have a regular back button that deletes the number from the cursor's positionTerrible.

5. I need to call clients but cannot let them have my personal cell phone.

1. Fix Call SpoofGuard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call SpoofGuard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call SpoofGuard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call SpoofGuard" » Open Call SpoofGuard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call SpoofGuard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call SpoofGuard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call SpoofGuard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call SpoofGuard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call SpoofGuard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call SpoofGuard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call SpoofGuard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call SpoofGuard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call SpoofGuard not working

2. Fix Call SpoofGuard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call SpoofGuard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call SpoofGuard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call SpoofGuard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
